Senior Management

The senior management is accountable to the Board of Directors. There is a strict division of duties and separation of powers between the Bank’s senior management and the Board of Directors. Pursuant to the Articles of Association and as authorized by the Board of Directors, the senior management carries out operational and management activities and actively executes the resolutions of the shareholders’ meeting and the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors evaluates the performance of the senior management members, the results of which shall be used as the basis for determining remuneration and other incentive plans for the senior management members. The senior management should promptly, accurately and completely report the Bank’s operation and management and provide relevant materials as required by the Board of Directors.
